Love spells can be a lot of fun ot think about.  They also are a source of a lot of contention.  Most Witches, including myself, feel that to cast a spell that influences a person's free will is wrong.  It is okay to ask the person in question to become more aware of you in a romantic light.  This can be done in a variety of ways.  An easy way is to use a mirror and candle.

Sit in front of a mirror that is easily accessible.  Light the candle and take a few deep breaths.  Say;

I am a beautiful woman,
My gifts are Goddess given.
I have a heart honest and loving,
My mind is quick and ready.
May _____ see these qualities,
And appreciate me for what I am.
 

If you are male, substitute 'Woman' for 'Man' and 'Goddess' with 'God'.  In the space add the name of the person the spell is meant for.  When you are done, blow out the candle and leave the mirror.  This spell you just leave to fade rather than end it.
